Turning off Windows Firewall and Wi Fi on Windows

1. Select the Wi-Fi icon between the battery and speaker icons on the bottom right side of the screen.

2. A menu will pop up and select the blue Wi-Fi box. Right mouse click on the Wi-Fi dialog box. A Go to Settings menu will pop up and select it.

3. The following menu will pop up.

1. Scroll down to the bottom of that menu and select Windows Firewall.

2. For each of the 3 firewalls listed…

   1. Select the firewall (Domain, Private, or Public)

• 1. Turn the switch to off

• 1. Confirm the change by selecting Yes

  2. Repeat for the other 2 firewalls

Disabling Wi-Fi on Windows 10

1. Select the WiFi icon between the battery and speaker icons on the bottom right side of the screen.

2. A menu will pop up and select the blue Wi-Fi box. It will turn gray and disable Wi-Fi.
